Presentation for discussion, consideration and applicable action, including, but not limited to, the following:

A.   Engagement of professional architectural and/or engineering services for assessment and/or feasibility studies of available space and uses of the building;

B.    Selection of at least three (3) architectural and/or engineering firms  from the County's approved "Pools" to score/grade and evaluate (for the purposes of ranking by CC and negotiating letters of engagement/contract) to conduct assessment and/or feasibility studies of available space and uses of building with designation of scoring/grading/evaluation committee;

C.    Authority to advertise a project specific Request for Qualifications for the engagement of Architects and/or Engineers to conduct assessment and/or feasibility studies of available space and uses of the building;
