BACKGROUND
This Interlocal Agreement had been previously approved in Commissioner’s Court on 1/22/2013 and has been revised, as per Hidalgo County Irrigation District No.6’s request, to reflect the timeframe in which HCID 6 will receive payment (see Item #2 of Interlocal). No monetary changes have been made to the cost of services. This interlocal will ensure the Urban County Program pays Hidalgo County Irrigation District No. 6 for the purchase and installation of 21 crossings on Mile 2 (from 492 to La Homa) in Precinct No.3 utilizing CDBG YR 24 (2011) funds. Please see the attached letter from project engineer and estimation of services.
