3. Approval of Letter as requested by Health and Human Services Commission in reference to the Demonstration Year 1 Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) to Hidalgo County, with authority for County Judge to execute the letter.

BACKGROUND
As the Anchor for Region 5, Hidalgo County will receive a one-time DSRIP payment in recognition of its previous and continuing services as Anchor. HHSC has requested a letter to be submitted with direction on how to deposit the DY 1 DSRIP payment.
