Public Hearing regarding the 2013-2014 Hidalgo County Urban County Program’s One Year Action Plan and the Five (5) Year Consolidated Plan for Program Years 26-30 (2013-2018).
BACKGROUND
The Annual Action Plan for 2013 is based on a budget of $9,536,563.00. The allocation is as follows:
$7,322.222.00 (CDBG)
$1,585,892.00 (HOME)
$ 628,449.00 (E.S.G.)
$9,536,563.00 TOTAL
A draft copy of the Annual Work Plan was made available for review at the Urban County Program office for a thirty day comment period beginning March 28, 2013 and ending on May 1, 2013. The Five Year Consolidated Plan was also made available for review at the Urban County Program office for a thirty day comment period beginning March 28, 2013 and ending May 1, 2013. All comments received will be noted in the Final Work Plan and Consolidated plan submitted to HUD.
