Discussion, consideration and approval to authorize County Auditor to reserve the local cash match in the amount of $78,451.49 for the USDA - Rural Emergency Responders Grant.
BACKGROUND
Commissioners' Court approved this application on March 13, 2007. The 25% county match was to be funded by the Sheriff's Asset Forfeiture Fund; however sufficient funds in that account are not available and this item is requesting that the match be funded from the general fund contigency account.
