BACKGROUND
The current WIC Clinic 1203 unit in operation is beyond repair and will be replaced by the 38x68 Modular building to meet all City of McAllens requirements. As per request form from WIC the funding will be provided by USDA for proposed purchase under acct. #3-1292-441-00-350-001-3-720.
Funding pending approval of letter of grant award.
