BACKGROUND
Funding was provided by the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council. Approval of check
acceptance was granted by Commissioners' Court on 09/24/13 (AI#40616; Item 9B).
Monies were provided pursuant to the interlocal agreement for E9-1-1 Public Safety Answering
Point (PSAP) Services between the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council (LRGVDC)
and Hidalgo County, Section 6.2. Commissioners' Court approved the interlocal agreement on
08/20/13 (AI#40162; Item 10A1&2).
