BACKGROUND
Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for construction material testing services for the Water/Sewer Improvements project in the City of Weslaco. Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. Contract approval in the amount of $6,306.85. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
