Authorization and approval to accept the Memorandum of Understanding between the Hidalgo County District Attorney's Office and the Hidalgo County Health and Human Services Department.

BACKGROUND

The Health Department purchase some equipment through a grant from the Department of State Health Services Public Health Emergency Preparedness discretionary grant named Mass Fatality Management Plan and Support Equipment.  Equipment is to be stored at the county Foresic Facitily and used in case of a mass casualty occurance.
