The Urban County Program on behalf of the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 is requesting approval of amendment to professional service agreement with Javier Hinojosa Engineering, to increase agreement in the amount of $7,200.00 utilizing CDBG FY (2008) Street Improvements project funds.
BACKGROUND
Javier Hinojosa Engineering submitted an amendment request for professional architectural services contract for Mile 2 (FM 492 to La Homa) street improvements project. The amendment will allow for the preparation of parcel maps, metes and bounds for the acquisition of right of ways for the street improvements. Property will not be purchased it will be donated by the Hidalgo County Irrigation District #6. (Attached for review is amended Professional Services Agreement and Exhibit A-1)
Available Funds: $10,230.00 (2008-STREET IMPROVEMENTS)
