 Requesting authorization to dispose of Community Development Block Grant records for Program Years 1987 thru 2008

BACKGROUND

 The Urban County Program wishes to have the boxes listed on Exhibit “A” disposed of.
Federal regulations governing record retention require that records be maintained for 4 years from the date of submission of the grantee’s CAPER in which the specific activity is reported for the last time (date of close-out). The records to be disposed of include Administration, CDBG and Financial file records.
