Consideration and approval to assess mandatory payment & set assessment dates for Fiscal Year 2014 for the Hidalgo County Health Care Funding District.
BACKGROUND
On December 20, 2013 a public hearing was held and the LPPF Annual Mandatory Payment Rate was approved at 3.50000% which will generate $44,669,363.80 (see attached document). The court requested that we place on the agenda the assessment dates for FY 2014 in January for approval.
