The Hidalgo County District Clerk's office is requesting authorization to remove fixed assets from their inventory list, description of  said items attached herein as Exhibit "A".

BACKGROUND

All resources were exhausted during the physical inventory completed on January 2014 at the District Clerks office,  declaring items on Exhibit "A" as obsolete and unable to locate.
