BACKGROUND
Pct #1 requests approval to terminate a Service Contract with Home Depot, a member of the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing, in conjunction with the force account 2006 Parks, Recreational Facilities project. As of May 31, 2007, the vendor is no longer a participating member with the Buyboard Cooperative Purchasing.
