1. Approval of interlocal agreement between the Regional Mobility Authority (RMA) and the County of Hidalgo, Tx to provide Right of Way Acquisition Services in which a portion of the proposed roadway is within the County for the US 281/Military Highway Overpass, State Highway 365, and International Bridge Trade Corridor Projects.

In accordance with Section 791.014 of the Texas Government Code, requesting approval of the interlocal cooperation agreement project to assist the Regional Mobility Authority (RMA) in the acquisition of right of way for the US 281/Military Highway Overpass, State Highway 365, and International Bridge Trade Corridor Projects.
