BACKGROUND
On October 18, 2011, the Commissioners Court entered into a 3-year contract with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, LLP (PBFCM) in association with the Law Offices of John David Franz for the collection of delinquent taxes, penalties, and interest pursuant to Tax Code §6.30. Contract is set to expire on December 31, 2014.
The County Auditor was notified that the association between the two firms has/or will terminate before the termination of the contract.
