A. Presentation for discussion, consideration, acceptance and approval of proposal and service contract (subject to legal review) received from Thyssen-Krupp (awarded vendor through TCPN Cooperative Purchasing Program contract #R4679) in connection with the "Modernization" of the two elevators at the Courthouse lobbby area in the amount of $366,470.00; or in the alternative;
