BACKGROUND
The UCP has redesigned its HOME– Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program Policies and made revisions that serve to strengthen program criteria. Additionally, the UCP Advisory Council met on April 11, 2014 and voted to accept these recommended changes. The revised policies will take effect immediately.
