Approval of Inter-Local Cooperation Agreement between the City of Alton and the County of Hidalgo.
BACKGROUND
This is a new agreement for the improvement to Trosper Rd. between 4 Mile Rd. and 5 Mile Rd. Due to unforseen circumstances, the parties (County and the City of Alton) were not able to complete the Work in the timeframe provided in the Jan. 23, 2007 Inter-local agreement and such agreeement expired.
Striping and reflectors are going to be paid by Alton in the amount not to exceed $2,235.00.
