3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of __________________ for the provision of engineering services for an Urban County Program Year 26 (2013) Peñitas Street Improvements project

 The three (3) engineering firms rated from the County’s approved “pool” are: South Texas Infrastructure, LLC, L & G Engineering Transportation Consultants and SAMES, Inc., for a Street Improvements project- Project will consist of new construction of Penitas Avenue and Pike Avenue (approximately 1,350 LF.) in El Rio Subdivision to include the base and asphaltic surface and other necessary appurtenances such as drainage lines and inlets, sidewalks, water line replacement with hydrants, professional services, testing fees, and advertisement fees as they pertain to project completion in the surrounding and abutting areas.
