Urban County Program on behalf of Precinct No.1 is requesting approval for the purchase and installation of a water pump at the Sunset Park baseball fields from Green Thumb Landscaping LLC in the total amount of $2,495.00, utilizing FY 21 (2008) Parks, Recreational Facility funds.
BACKGROUND
Three written quotes were received at the Precinct No. 1 office and Green Thumb Landscaping LLC was the lowest. The installation of a water pump is needed because currently the water supply provides water pressure at under 40 lbs, and the system requires over 40 lbs of pressure. (See attached quotes).
