Urban County Program, on behalf of Precinct No.3 is requesting approval of Amendment No. 1 to the existing contract agreement for “Land Surveying” with CVQ Land Surveying under the General Land Office (GLO) Contract No. 12-406-000-6453/DRS210068, Pct. 3 Penitas Drain Project, Hidalgo County The amendment will increase the professional service contract amount from $21,600.00 to $38,400.00 for a total increase of $16,800.00.

The increase of the professional service agreement with CVQ Land Surveying will require this amendment in order to request Surveying Reports for Lots 208, 213, 218, 223, 228, 233 and 238 out of the Homeville Associations Subdivision “A” due to a possible alternative route which may be needed due to an existing gas line located in the original route of the Penitas Drain.

     Original Contract:                     $21,600.00
     Additional Amended Contract:  $16,800.00 ($2,400.00 x 7 additional parcel)
     New Contract Amount:             $38,400.00
