Renewal of the State Case Registry & Local Customer Service Contract, Fiscal Year 2015-2016, between the County of Hidalgo and the Texas Attorney General's Office.

Hidalgo County contracts with the Office of the Attorney General ("OAG") every two years to furnish Registry Only court order information relating to Child Support, Protective Orders and Family Violence under the Texas Family Code, Title 4, Subtitle B and Suits Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship under the Texas Family Code, Title 5, Subtitle B for use in the State and Federal Case Registries and handle inquiries on (including any necessary research) and receive information about Child Support Cases where child support payments are remitted to the TXSDU. The contract commences on September 1, 2014 and shall terminate on August 31, 2016. Attached to the contract is the County of Hidalgo's Incident Reponse Plan to help address the security and confidentiality of OAG data. The OAG requires two signed orginal copies.
