BUDGETARY IMPACT:

All costs and applicable fees associated with the election services shall be paid by the entities requesting the services as outlined in the caption (reimbursement basis to the Elections Dept). As of 7/30/14, the City of Progreso owes the Hidalgo County Elections Dept. any outstanding balance of $19,366.06. The City of Progreso has been making monthly payments to reduce their balance.
