3. Authority to negotiate a professional architectural service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of ______________________ for the provision of architectural services for an Urban County Program Years 15 & 22 thru 26 (2002 & 2009-2013) Peñitas Parks Recreational Facility Improvements project.

The three (3) architectural firms rated from the County’s approved “pool” are: Alcocer Garcia Associates Inc., ROFA Architects, and Mata-Garcia Architects LLP, for a Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements Project. The Peñitas Memorial Park project is a multi-year funded project which consists of new construction of a water feature Splash Pad, sitting areas, benches/bleachers, canopies, drainage improvements to handle the water runoff from the Splash Pad installation, related expenses such as but not limited to architectural services, material testing services and advertisements as they pertain to project completion.
