Discussion and approval of Interlocal Agreement between Hidalgo County and The City of Sullivan City.
BACKGROUND
County in order to protect the public safety, health , and welfare of the residents of the County shall provide equipment and personnel to shred the right of way along the Streets of City which Streets are either extensions of County roads or form a connecting link to County roads. See Exhibit B.
