BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo and Cameron Counties Irrigation District No. 9 “Application for Discharge Permit” is needed for the proposed storm water discharge located at 800 feet east of Mile 4 Rd. W. and Monte Cristo Rd Intersection (Bar 3). This permit is related to the GLO Round 2.1 project known as the “Delta Area Connector/ East Lateral in Precinct No. 1.
