BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funding for the Edinburg WIC Clinic lease agreement has already been encumbered on PO# 574298. PO was created and increased to allow for funding to encompass a 12 month period. New lease agreement will start on August 2007 at an increased rate of $2,550 a month (up from $2,100). PO will need to be increased by $900.00 to carry the contract forward until the WIC Grant is awarded, accepted, and appropriated in October 07. Account number currently has $10,332.51 available as of 07/20/07.Funding for the McAllen WIC Clinic lease agreement has already been encumbered on PO# 574197. PO was created and increased to allow for funding to encompass a 12 month period. New lease agreement will start on September 2007 at the same rate of $2,800 a month. Once the WIC Grant will be awarded, accepted, and appropriated in October 07, a PO will be created to encumber funding for another 12 month period. Account number currently has $10,332.51 available as of 07/20/07.
