The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Peñitas is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with South Texas Infrastructure Group in the amount of $ 24,483.00 utilizing CDBG FY (2013) Street Improvements funds ( Peñitas Street & Pike Avenue).

South Texas Infrastructure Group submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a street improvements project that will consist of re-construction/construction of Pe?ñitas Street and Pike Avenue, in El Rio Subdivision to include the base and asphaltic surface and other necessary appurtenances such as drainage lines and inlets, sidewalks, water line replacement with hydrants. South Texas Infrastructure Group was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
