A. Proceed to accept the sole response received as "qualified" with authority for the Purchasing Dept. to negotiate a contract for "Hidalgo County Health Authority/Chief Physician Services"; or, in the alternative;
B. Retain the sole response (Statement of Qualification/Curriculum Vitae) received with authority to re-advertise in order to encourage more participation by local physicians in the project and evaluate the retained SOQ along with any additional participants from second publication of project.
