Requesting approval to amend the Agreement between the County of Hidalgo Urban County Program (UCP) and Proyecto Azteca for the 2012-2016 Colonia Self-Help Center (SHC) Program

BACKGROUND

 As a result of Contract No. 712013 between Hidalgo County and the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) having been amended and that Proyecto Azteca is the Non-Profit Service Provider (Contractor) for the program, the UCP is requesting approval of an amendment to the 2012-2016 SHC Program Contract with Proyecto Azteca. The following are the amended budgetary line item revisions:
