Requesting authorization to amend the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) contract with The Salvation Army. The amendment will increase the existing contract amounts. (please see table below).
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Urban County Program is requesting authorization to amend the existing contract with The Salvation Army under the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) PY 2014. The amended dollar amount will increase the Homeless Prevention, Rapid Re-Housing and Data Collections activities respectively. These funds were made available after another (ESG) sub-recipient forfeited their PY 2014 awarded allocation. Further, this will increase the scope of work of each activity.
