Presentation for discussion, consideration, acceptance and approval for County Judge to execute the North Alamo Water Supply Corporation Service Agreement for the installation of the water meter for the Juvenile Justice Center.
BACKGROUND
The Corp. agrees to sell and deliver water to the Member and Member agrees to purchase and receive water from the Corp. for general farm use and domestic purposes.
The Member shall pay the Corp. for service hereunder at the rates and upon the terms and conditions set forth in the rate schedule adopted from time to time by Corp's Board of Directors.
