Presentation by EMC and/or Precincts for discussion, consideration, and applicable/necessary action in connection with the most recent issuance (by the County Judge) of a Declaration of Disaster due to the torrential rain events in April-May 2015 causing widespread flooding and damage with details of necessary efforts and measures:
1) to promptly relieve the necessity of the citizens or to preserve the property of the county; and/or
2) preserve or protect the public health or safety of the residents of the county; and/or,
3) an item necessary because of unforeseen damage to property;
A. contracting of vacuum trucks
B. rental of equipment (pumps/hoses)
C. engagement of Ashbritt through City of Kingsville Mutual Aid Agreement and Tetra Tech if applicable
