BACKGROUND
This resolution is required by ORCA due to the funding authorized for Hidalgo County for the two (2) 2006 EDAP and the 2007 Colonia Construction Contracts. The Resolution designates certain authorized bonded signatories for the EDAP and the Colonia Construction Grants - Office of Rural Community Affairs - Texas Community Development Block Grant Program.
