UCP is requesting approval of a Performance Statement Modification to the 2005 Colonia EDAP Grant # 725305. The actual contract called for 40,945 linear feet (l.f.) of sewer service yard lines and 306 septic tanks remediation. As per the  As Built   plans, 36,440 l.f. of sewer service yard lines and 299 septic tanks remediation were completed. Seven (7) households were not assisted; four (4) homes were done by the owners before the EDAP contract was awarded to the contractor and three (3) homes were moved out of the lots. Therefore, we need to reduce the contract to 36,440 l.f. of sewer service yard lines and 299 septic tanks remediation completed. The total beneficiaries will be reduced from 1302 to 1275. The contract amount reduces from $293,465 to $268,910.
