Constable Pct #3 is requesting authorization and approval to purchase One (1) New 2015 Tahoe LS to Cowboy Chevrolet/Buick/GMC/Cadillac in Silisbee, TX 77656 - lowest amount quoted of $37,464.00 which includes delivery but not limited to any other appurtenances-Project #15-252-OGG.
BACKGROUND
Proposed purchase has been submitted for approval through the written quote mehod of purchasing inasmuch as that the approved Cooperative Vendor through Buyboard/HGAC Caldwell Chevrolet does not have anymore 2015 models; therefore by using the written quotes as a one time purchase will allow Constable Pct #3 to stay within budget, thus saving approximately 4,000.00 vs. the 2016 model. (NO expenditures under NIGP Code #071-80).
