Presentation of Scoring Grid of the firms graded and evaluated through the District's "Pool" of pre-qualified Professional Engineers for the purpose of ranking by the HCDD1 Board of Directors in connection with Professional Engineering Services required for Preliminary Site Characterization Abandoned Rifle / Handgun Firing Range Located at the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 yard Northeast of E. Richardson Road and North Doolittle Road.

Pursuant to the Boards approval requesting authority for the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 to negotiate Professional Engineering Services Agreement with the number one ranked firm of _____________________________, for the provision of Professional Engineering Services for Preliminary Site Characterization Abandoned Rifle / Handgun Firing Range Located at the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 yard Northeast of E.
