Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into an engineering contract with L&G Engineering in the amount of $35,400.00 for Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)/Subsurface Utility Engineering for the Pct.3 Penitas Drain project utilizing the Texas General Land Office (GLO) funds Contract No. 12-406-000-6453/DRS210068.

 L&G Engineering has submitted a best and final offer for the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the Pct.3 Penitas Drain. L&G Engineering was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on July 21, 2015. See attached letter of best and final offer, engineering cost proposal and fee breakdown, scope of services, certificate of liability insurance and copy of contract.
