Requesting authority to award and enter into a Construction Contract with Rigney Construction, LLC (lowest bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements) for the construction of restroom/concession facilities to be located at the Alamo Sports Complex in the City of Alamo in the amount of $228,000.00
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Pct. 1 through Urban County Program 2006 (Year 19) Parks, Recreational Facilities activity will contribute CDBG funds in the amount of $125,000.00 as approved by Commissioners Court through an Interlocal Agreement on April 2, 2007. The City of Alamo will contribute a total of $103,000.00 from its general fund. The total construction contract award shall be $228,000.00. (Project carried by: Alcocer Garcia Associates Design Consulting).
