BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 has rated three engineering firms from the County's approved "pool". Quintanilla, Headley & Associates, Rio Delta Engineering, and Melden & Hunt, Inc., were graded and evaluated for the 2006 Street Improvements project construction of Hinojosa Road.
