BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Whereas, the Hidalgo County Metropolitan Planning Organization (HCMPO) has identified this project as a high priority corridor and has assigned Federal funds toward its completion; andWhereas, the total project cost is estimated to be $2,073,927 of which County will contribute an estimated amount of $1,073,927; and
Whereas, the City desires to cooperate by contributing a fixed lump sum amount of $1,000,000 to the County toward the project development activities on or before December 1, 2016; and
