The Hidalgo County Precinct No.3 is requesting approval for professional services agreement with Javier Hinojosa Engineering of 416 E. Dove Avenue McAllen, TX, for Engineering Services for Street Improvements related to new construction Mile 8 North Road from Western Road to Iowa Road Javier Hinojosa Engineering was the highest rated from 3 firms.
