BACKGROUND
Citizen Participation requirements dictate that the County hold a public hearing to consider public comments on the contents of its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report prior to its submission to HUD. The Urban County Program published public notice of the Reports completion and is currently in its thirty (30)-day public comment period which runs from August 15, 2007 and ends on September 13, 2007.
