             2)  Draft RFP packets provided to all members of Commissioners Court under separate cover for thorough review and comment.

Option 1- Advertising dates of: 1st. Ad 9-15-07 - 2nd. Ad 9-22-07 & 3rd. 9-29-07
                Proposal Acceptance date of 10-10-07 or 10-17 (see note below)

Option 2- Advertising dates of: 1st. Ad 9-22-07 - 2nd. Ad 9-29-07 & 3rd. 10-06-07
                Proposal Acceptance date of 10-17-07 or 10-24-07 (see note below)

Note:  Consultant may recommend  an additional week from those detailed in Options 1 & 2 above to allow providers additional time.
