A. Presentation for discussion, consideration, acceptance and approval of the final negotiated contract (subject to legal review) with L & G Engineering for the environmental and structural assessment of the facility located at ___ E. Loeb (fka Old Jail & Restitution Center); or, in the alternative,
B. Discussion and consideration to declare the property and all structures located on site at ____ E. Loeb, including, but not limited to, the Old Jail/Restitution Center and former Carpentry Shop Buildings surplus for the purposes of disposition;
C. Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 272, Section 272.001, (a) requesting authority to advertise sealed bids for the: Sale of the property described as the Old Hidalgo County Jail & Restitution Center through the following methods:
1) Sealed bids;
2) Exchange;
3) Auction;
D. Requesting authority to obtain a FMV (fair market value appraisal) for the property located at _____ E. Loeb and known as the Old County Jail & Restitution Center.
