Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for Professional Construction Management Services with LeFevre Engineering & Management Consulting, LLC in the amount of $179,665.00 for the management and coordination of the Delta Area Connector/ East Lateral Project, utilizing the General Land office (GLO) funds Contract No. 12-406-000-6453 DRS210068/DRS220068. 

LeFevre Engineering and Management Consulting, LLC has submitted a best and final offer for the management and coordination of the 3 phases of the Delta Area Connector/ East Lateral Project within Precinct No.1. LeFevre Engineering and Management Consulting, LLC was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on April 19, 2016. See attached letter of best and final offer, engineering cost proposal and fee breakdown, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
