Discussion, consideration, and approval to purchase beverages and food for election workers for the November 6, 2007 Constitutional Amendment Election at an amount not to exceed $300.00.
BACKGROUND
Food cost not to exceed $300.00. Food needed during the last day of early voting when all supplies are returned to the elections office, and on election night when all supplies are returned to the elections office. An individual meeting is held with each election presiding judge upon their return, to go over required paperwork. An election presiding judge does not leave the elections office until the meeting is completed.
