BACKGROUND
1. Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs has issued this contract on an Interim Basis for emergency services to address the needs of the low-income persons residing within those two counties and should be in effect through December 31, 2007 for a combined total of $85,000 dollars.
2. Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs has issued this contract on an Interim Basis for emergency services to address the energy needs of the low-income persons residing within those two counties and should be in effect through December 31, 2007 for a combined total of $75,066 dollars.
3. We need three temporary workers to serve the clients within a 90-day frame. Time is of the essence and we need to start immediately. There is no time to train. Approximately, 200 employees are still unemployed as a result of the termination of this contract however about 10 were directly involved with this program. Therefore, it is recommended to consider, if possible, a selection from any of these 10 that may be available.
4. Request for authorization to allow me to download hard copies of contracts, reports, and to sign-off between CSA and funding source.
