The Urban County Program for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 (Donna) is requesting approval and award of contract with Rufino Lopez in the amount of $6,860.00 for the Clearance & Demolition project utilizing Year 19 (2006) funds.
BACKGROUND
City of Donna has requested and received three quotes for a Clearance and Demolition project to include the demolishing and clearance of three residential properties in designated slum & blighted areas within the City of Donna. The lowest quote was received from Rufino Lopez in the amount of $6,860.00. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 has reviewed and approved. (See attached letter for contract approval from Precinct #1 and Price Quotation approval sheet.)
Contract Amount: $ 6.860.00
Funds Available: $ 20,000.00 (2006 FY 19)
